- Education: Ph. D. in Learning Technologies, B.S. and M.S. in Hospitality Management at the University of North Texas.
- Experiences: I have been teaching at the University level since 2010, co-teach with professors in Taiwan, and have 10 years of industry experience.
- My research interests include training, learning and performance integration, learner-centered technology integration, online instruction and curriculum design, teacher and manager professional development, and career impact. My recent research is on using the e-learning platform to improve student performance during their internship program, and the use of virtual reality (VR) for training. I am passionate about using technology to improve the performance of students and staff in the field, with a particular focus on the tourism and hospitality industries.
